3. User Registration and Account
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Update your information promptly if it changes
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Orders and Payments
Placing Orders
- All orders are subject to product availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Orders are confirmed only after payment verification
5. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement without any charges
- Cancellation after 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery
- To cancel an order, contact our customer support immediately
Cancellation by Company
- We may cancel orders due to product unavailability
- Orders may be cancelled if delivery address is outside our service area
- Full refund will be provided if we cancel the order
Refund Policy
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Wallet balance refunds are instant
- No refund for membership fees after 7 days of purchase
6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability
- Delivery is available only within our service areas
- Customer must be available at the delivery address
- We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances
- Delivery charges may apply based on order value and location
7. Product Quality and Returns
- We ensure all products are fresh and of high quality
- Damaged or incorrect items can be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products
- Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered unless defective
- Contact customer support with photos for quality issues
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Abuse, harass, or harm our staff or delivery personnel
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the app
- Place fraudulent orders or misuse promotional offers

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mahesana, Gujarat.
